Le caveau de dégustation du domaine, mur rouge et étagères de bouteilles

Visits and tastings at the estate

This is no museum: here, we open bottles. The tasting cellar in Félines-Minervois, at the foot of the Montagne Noire, is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 12pm and 2pm to 5pm; at weekends, by appointment. The tasting is free if you leave with some bottles.

Book your tasting

On weekdays you can drop in during opening hours, but it is best to let us know. At weekends, it is by appointment. Tell us when you are coming and how many of you there will be: we will confirm the time.

Vin rouge de La Féline versé dans un verre

Time for a glass

No signposted tour, no rehearsed speech. We open a bottle, talk about the place — this sky that changes ten times a day, the black schists underfoot — and answer your questions. Five minutes or an hour: as long as you need.

If you liked the wines, you leave with some bottles and the tasting is free. Otherwise, it costs €5.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a charge for the tasting?

It is free if you leave with some bottles, and €5 otherwise.

Do I need to book?

On weekdays it is not compulsory, but it is preferable: the estate is a working farm, so it is better if we are expecting you. At weekends, it is by appointment only. Write to us via the contact form, giving the date, time and number of people.

What are the opening days and hours?

Monday to Friday, 9am to 12pm and 2pm to 5pm. Weekends by appointment. Groups on request — depending on the season and the work in the vineyard.

How long does the tasting last?

As long as you need: five minutes or an hour.

Can we come as a group?

Yes, on request. Tell us how many of you there are and when: we will suggest a time via the contact form.

Can we buy bottles on site?

Yes, at estate prices. And if you can't come by, the online shop ships from Félines-Minervois.

Which wines can be tasted?

The current cuvées, AOP Minervois and AOP La Livinière — reds, whites and rosés depending on the vintages. All organic since 2010, aged without oak.
