La Féline 2024
Like a caress. Let your gaze sink into this deep purple colour and lose yourself in its violet glints. La Féline is a seductress: her scents brush past like so many caresses. Like Sylla, she distils a voluptuous style, heady without excess, where each sip calls for the next.
Tasting notes
The first nose is intense, fragrant with black pepper, cumin and tapenade. Then come delicate notes of thyme, garrigue and very ripe red fruit, almost fig-like. The palate, all lace, plays in the same register of finesse and elegance, in a rustle of sweet spices and morello cherry. Behind this apparent ease hides a complexity that the years will only deepen.

La Livinière, the stone heart of the appellation
On the foothills of the Montagne Noire, the La Livinière cru distils the essence of the Minervois: poor soils, low-angled light, a silence broken only by the garrigue. It is in this mineral rigour that the vine learns patience, and that the grapes, full of sun without ever burning, find the feline elegance that gives the cuvée its name.
