These terms govern the use of the website www.boriedemaurel.fr, published by SAS Borie de Maurel, 2 rue de la Sallèle, 34210 Félines-Minervois, France. Wine purchases are governed by our terms of sale.

This website presents alcoholic beverages. It is reserved for adults aged 18 or over. By confirming your age when entering the website, you declare that you meet this condition.
Access to the website is free of charge, apart from your own connection costs. We may suspend it without notice, in particular for maintenance.

You may create an account to follow your orders. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login details confidential: any action taken from your account is deemed to have been taken by you. You may ask for your account to be deleted at any time by writing to contact@boriedemaurel.fr.

- order wine on behalf of a minor.

We take care to ensure that the information on the website is accurate: wine descriptions, vintages, food and wine pairings, journal articles. It remains indicative and may change. The conditions of an order are those of the terms of sale in force on the day of the order.
