In the heart of the Minervois, at Félines-Minervois, Borie de Maurel has held on to one simple idea since 1989: a convivial wine, born of its terroir alone. Clinging to the foothills of the Montagne Noire, the vines push their roots into schist, limestone, marble and high-altitude clay — soils that give each cuvée its own character.
