Belle de Nuit 2024
If the Latin spirit were a wine, it would surely be Belle de Nuit. A sensual, generous, fleshy cuvée that seems to give itself away at first glance, at the first sniff.
Tasting notes
Beneath her blood-red colour lie all the tender secrets of Andalusian nights: a feria of spicy aromas, softness and wildness closely entwined. Be patient — in five years, ten years, you will see a dancer of your dreams moving under the Seville moon.
Terroir & grape
Belle de Nuit owes this fiery character to the alliance of ebullient Grenache — which makes up the whole cuvée — and the freshness of a high-altitude terroir clinging to the slopes of the Montagne Noire: a terroir tortured by erosion, juggling flint, limestone marl and siliceous clay.

A terroir of fire clinging to the mountain
Clinging to the slopes of the Montagne Noire, the Grenache vines take root in soil tortured by erosion, where flint sits alongside limestone marl and siliceous clay. By day the stone stores the heat of the south; by night it slowly gives it back to the vine. From this mineral breathing comes the ardent sap that flows in every bottle of Belle de Nuit.
